Mark Waleczek BA (Hons) MSc (UD)

Planner and Urban Designer

Mark is a town planner and urban designer with multiple years of local authority experience working across both development management and planning policy departments. Mark has successfully collaborated with developers, members of the public and other stakeholders to help applications through the planning system and also has been heavily involved in evidence base research and running public consultations as part of Local Plan Review.

Mark has recently completed a Masters degree in Urban Design at the University of Manchester and continues to develop his skills within this specialism whilst working towards RTPI chartership and becoming a recognised practitioner in Urban Design.

When not in the office or studying, Mark enjoys watching sport of all kinds, visiting cities both in the UK and abroad as well as spending time on the golf course.
