Abode Property Development Ltd

Over the past decade, we have helped Abode obtain planning consent for a number of developments in and around Poynton, Cheshire. The Paddock, on Lostock Hall Road, provided four high-quality detached family homes and was awarded the LABC Award for ‘Best Small New Housing Development’ in 2020. We continue to assist with exciting housing schemes and with the identification of viable sites for the future.

CF Fertilisers

We have represented CF – who produce 40% of the UK’s fertiliser - at Local Plan examination and advise them on planning matters relating to the operation of their plant. As a major local stakeholder, we also monitor local planning activity on their behalf.

Peak District National Park Authority

Working on contract we negotiated and determined a hundred planning applications for the Authority. This has helped us renew our experience of public sector planning, and we thoroughly enjoyed providing support to the PDNPA in such a beautiful and unique location.
